We recently had a wonderful stay at the ark. the highlights included the good breakfast with a wide array of options, from french style egg toasts to fresh fruits and even japanese salads. the amazing views of the castle from our room and the breakfast area on the 10th floor added to the charm. the staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the efficient and effective parking system.

Had a comfortable stay with my husband, we spent 3 nights here, everything was great. This accommodation was in the central location really close to the tourist attractions. Got nicely equipped and absolutely fantastic room with lovely views and central heating, a work desk, and television.

The units are nicely equipped, fantastic with view to castle.

I had a very pleasant stay. the views at this nice business hotel were lovely! the location was magnificent and convenient, just a short walk from a bus station. There was a beautiful restaurant, shopping centers, and convenience stores nearby. the room was a good size and included a bidet. the breakfasts offered a nice variety, always with plenty of options to choose from.

The setting was quite excellent within easy reach of a reconstructed castle.

the hotel is recently renovated, it has absolutely fantastic rooms and caring employees. the property offers rich meal in the morning with a real treat for photography buffs and a great view, as for instance.

The rooms here were really spacious and nice, plus they offered a great view of the castle. 🏰.

The location is awesome! There's a mall and some convenience stores just a short walk away. Plus, the staff here are fantastic! 😊.

This hotel was mind-blowing! The retro vibe and unique features were super cool. The room was so comfortable with an amazing castle view. The staff were top-notch, friendly and helpful. The location was jaw-droppingly convenient, just a short walk to the castle and shopping district. The breakfast spread was absolutely outstanding, with a wide selection of tasty treats. And they even offered free breakfast in exchange for skipping cleaning! The front desk staff were so polite and check-in was a breeze. Plus, they stored our luggage for free before and after our stay. Highly recommend this place for a fantastic stay in the city!

The room was comfortable with perfect beds and a clean bathroom, plus the facilities were spotless.

The location here is fantastic with convenient parking, and the extremely friendly and attentive staff make for a great experience.

I loved sleeping 5 nights in this hotel. There were an electric kettle and a refrigerator in the decent sized and absolutely fantastic room. the venue was near a restaurant district and Kumamoto Castle, a very convenient spot to go for many places. I visited Trippa a short walk to the venue for a few drinks.

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is impressive. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are well taken care of. Plus, the location couldn't be better. It is right next to the castle and really close to all the tourist attractions. The rooms with a view of the castle are a definite highlight, and the breakfast with a castle view included adds an extra touch of luxury.

All was well, no improvements needed.
